This week I will be  spreading gratitude across the web – and across the world –  with a merry band of folks. Why you ask?  Not because of an official government holiday but because we believe thankfulness changes everything.

I know this to be true.

Gratitude changes hearts, minds and souls….

One thing I am most thankful for in my life is my new home/community in Asheville, NC.

The beauty and magic of the mountains is healing and they make me so thankful.
