People ask me why I do what I do. For me its quite simple- I believe that the nonprofit sector is still worth being in.
Its a balancing act. Raising money, supporting volunteers, providing quality programs, balancing budgets.
It’s hard, but impactful work. This will never change.
But I also have a few other beliefs: No fear of sacred cows, no hype; only fairness. I know so many of you are burnt out. Fearful and tired. Exhausted from the balancing act. You need an unbiased ear sage advice and candor.
I want to help you heal your heart and tap into that magical passion which brought you to the sector initially. That excitement, and love.
So I did this twice last year and had a blast!!!. In May, I’m opening up my appointment schedule. If you want coaching, put yourself on my schedule
And pay whatever you want.
I’m serious.
Pay what you can. Get what you need.
You decide what the coaching is worth to you and your organization. My hourly rate is $250, but you decide what to pay. I know so many of you work for small non profits with smaller budgets. You barely have money for needed supplies let alone professional development, but you deserve it.
60 minutes of investment in your organizations greatest asset–YOU
Do you face these challenges?

- Inconsistent program results
- Decreasing donations and shrinking funding base
- Management by crisis
- No clear or easy way of engaging corporate and civic groups beyond check writing
- Failing to learn from mistakes that occur over and over again
- Strategic objectives that are not followed, talked about or made clear
I can help.
Whatever you need from our time together- coaching ,mentoring, strategizing- I’ll get you on track. Let’s explore together what’s possible. It’s my gift to you. The gift of encouragement, support, candor and renewal.
As my friend Michele says : I’m not a lawyer, so you won’t find any small print. Only smallish print:
This experiment only applies to appointments that take place in May on the phone, and it will be first–come, first-served. You must pay something. This offer is limited to two phone appointments per person in the month of May. Due to logistics, I’m not able to do in-person coaching with this offer. This offer expires May 28, 2011. If you cancel, you may not be able to reschedule in May.
Let’s get started. Reserve your appointment using my online scheduler: https://my.timedriver.com/BWGYN
