Navigating Polycrisis

We’re here to fortify you.

Politically, socially, ecologically, economically—everywhere we turn, systems are unraveling. The challenges are intersecting, compounding, relentless.

This is polycrisis, we’re in it together.

Join us for a series of workshops designed to offer some steadiness and community in uncertain times.

We hope these sessions will serve as touchstones –to be practical, thought-provoking, and comforting with the goal to help you stay grounded and move forward, both personally and professionally.

Workshop One: Holding it Down

Decision-Making, Communicating, and Leading in Polycrisis

In times of compounding crises, the goal isn’t to have all the answers, it’s about navigating uncertainty with clarity, integrity, and deep care. We’re going to explore how to make thoughtful decisions, communicate effectively, and hold steady in the midst of chaos. We’ll offer strategies for leading with purpose, managing complexity, and staying grounded even when everything around you is shifting.

Workshop Two: Imagined Futures

We know what we’re fighting against. We’ve know what collapse looks like. But what do we want instead? This session is about expanding our capacity to dream, design, and manifest liberatory change, both individually and collectively. Together, we’ll envision alternative futures, and take tangible steps toward building our capacity to imagine the world we want to live in.
